Dr Swaran Singh has been working for 15 years onChina’s foreign and security policy with special interest in India-China studies.

Dr Singh has held several Positions include: Academic Consultant (September 2003 onwards), Centre de Sciences de Humaines (CSH). President, Association of ASIA Scholars, a Registered Society inNew Delhi(Alumni Association of Asia Fellow ofSouth Asia)
