应复旦大学国际关系学院邀请，我院沈红芳教授于2016年8月26日参加由复旦大学中国与周边国家关系研究中心及菲律宾国立大学亚洲中心共同主办的研讨会“中菲关系发展的前景与挑战”（Conference on "Prospects and Challenges of Philippine-China Relations, Moving Forward"），并作“Dual Track”Approach in China-ASEAN Relations vis South China Sea主题发言。
